- KBKnow No BetterNov 9, 20251.0Used to love this gym, now management has instructed their team members to start harassing members of other planet fitnesses having them sign a sheet every single time they come to the club, which is a baked-in incentive to make people abandon their home club and transfer to theirs. It's trashy and very low class which ultimately leads to a very poor user experience. I came here because it is a 24 hour club, but I will not be coming to this one or the one in Lansing because the same person who doesn't care about their guests owns both!

I do think that they could use some more of the updates some other planet fitness' are getting. The selectorized equipment could definitely use an update. It would also benefit from adding a few rowing machines,bikes etc and less treadmills. Its decent for the price point and there is a fair amount of plates around so as not to have what some of the stronger lifters need.
