They’ve got two teenage girls sitting at the front desk doing nothing — you can literally see them watching the phone ring and still refusing to answer. Completely unprofessional and lazy. Cancelling your membership here is a nightmare. I personally signed cancellation papers, and yet Jill, the so-called manager, still refused to cancel it. Instead, they keep trying to process payments and charge fake “late fees” for a membership I already canceled. It’s borderline scam behavior. This place runs like a circus — broken equipment, zero accountability, and management that lies straight to your face. If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay far away from this place. They’ll smile while they rob you.

Especially Jill who is the manager did nothing to try to rebook my class after explaining to her an accident happened on my way to class. How do you expect for people to become members if this is how you treat class visitors. Not to mention felt i was profiled.I will never visit this location again!
- P0Paris.eichs2 0Aug 7, 20251.0this place is a joke. i got pushed into signing up for a membership and they made it impossible for me and my friend to cancel our memberships. they KNEW we were college students and were traveling this summer and KNEW we would only be members for one full month. they made it very unclear when our account was being charged again and then made it impossible for us to get refunded for that month we now could not use. the owner is extremely dismissive and unprofessional and leaves her business to be ran by teenagers who are extremely rude and give no help to customers. just a bunch of privileged white girls twiddling their thumbs and getting paid for it. do not waste your time or money coming here. Zenergy in Naperville is a GREAT alternative to this sad excuse of a business. they have actual good employees and an owner who runs an honest and authentic business, unlike jill from cycle bar.
