- MBMarija BrankovFeb 4, 20261.0I had a class booked at 5:45pm through classpass. Called 5:30 to let them know I’m late, if we need to cancel, move, reschedule. Ava or Evie called so nice said no problems, we move you to 7pm. Please cancel the 5:45pm and we will put you in 7pm. Ok! Awesome I park here, come in at 7pm and she tells me “there is nothing I can do for you, unless you book through classpass.” It was 7pm. The class was starting. No longer able to book. I understand not being able to book through classpass, I understand not being able to have that in their system, but the girl said she saved me a chair and she ***did not even offer me a first timer class at their discounted rate!!** I totally would’ve paid for it. I was already there. Drove 30 min for a saved chair and no workout. Bummer!!

They’ve got two teenage girls sitting at the front desk doing nothing — you can literally see them watching the phone ring and still refusing to answer. Completely unprofessional and lazy. Cancelling your membership here is a nightmare. I personally signed cancellation papers, and yet Jill, the so-called manager, still refused to cancel it. Instead, they keep trying to process payments and charge fake “late fees” for a membership I already canceled. It’s borderline scam behavior. This place runs like a circus — broken equipment, zero accountability, and management that lies straight to your face. If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay far away from this place. They’ll smile while they rob you.
