Since they were all frozen, the person working the bakery offered to frost & decorate a cake. While waiting, several employees asked if I need any help. I am so impressed, with how Willy to help all the employees were!
- BOBean OkioAug 26, 20251.0Terrible customer service at this location!!! The manager is sooooo rude I am very disappointed. I buy flowers at Jewel Osco at least twice a week. Today they relocated the flowers to different spot in the market. I was going to buy 7 bouquets and I asked to wrap them together but the employee said machine doesn’t work to wrap the flowers. So I’ve asked a tiny piece of ribbon so I can at least tie them together. Manager came and I asked her and she was so rude and told me I need to pay for wrapping what I wanted to do but since their machine doesn’t work I told her that I need just a little piece of ribbon when she reacted very disrespectfully and didn’t even wanted to hear me. Never ever want to go there just because of 1 person- rude and disrespectful manager!!!!

I did not have $25 worth of coke products, so I was not using their deal and should have gotten the item. I didn’t have time to argue.

The person in front of me was irritated that there was only one lane open and let Janice know her feelings. When I was next she didn't let that seem like it phased her.
