I have been going here for a few years and this is the first time, and the last time I will deal with incompetence and rudeness from the staff! I was here in late December to get my annual eye exam, and as usual it went well. The doctors are nice and very helpful. However, it is the customer service from the front. Normally, these girls are pretty decent but the specific day was something else. I brought in my own frames (I called ahead and said verbatim that I will be doing this because I wanted to know if it would be cheaper to get my PRESCRIPTION LENS in frames I have already as opposed to buying new frames with the insurance). The girl at the counter said, yes I know we spoke. So, I took out my pair of frames I wanted to use, and asked AGAIN, which is the better deal, using my own frames to get the prescription lens in or using my insurance on your frames to get the prescriptive lens? I asked because I know they are there to sell, but I don't always want to spend money if I don't have to. So, the girl tells me it would be cheaper if I use my insurance. I said ok. So, i picked out a pair of frames and she said they would call when they're done. I haven't received a call, so I went to Target towards the end of the month of January and asked why haven't I've been called. The girl asked me did you order frames from us. Bewildered, I replied yes why else would I ask you if my order is ready? So she went through all her papers and couldn't find anything. Then asked me about these glasses I ordered. I explained to her again the situation and she was like, I remember you. You just wanted the frames no prescription lens. I said, that doesn't make any sense. Why would I go through the motions of bringing in my own frames, and asking all the questions about pricing if I just wanted to get yall ugly frames and no prescription? Make it make sense. So, I asked for corporates number, which I will send a letter to as well and she said a manager would call me, and a manager did not. It was another sales associate asking me if I still wanted those frames without prescriptions. I will NEVER shop here again! Also, I will steer others from here on All social media platforms!
