The providers here are kind and professional, and I’ve had positive interactions with them(Dr. Adam and Dr. Fillak).
Unfortunately, the experience is very different when calling the office before appointments or anything at all.
Nancy, in particular, has consistently demonstrated poor phone etiquette. She is often short, comes across as irritated by basic questions, and does not introduce herself when answering calls. I had to ask multiple times for her name before she acknowledged me. While her demeanor is somewhat softer in person, she still presents as distant and unapproachable.
I have also had an unpleasant experience with patient accounts. During one call, the representative raised her voice out of frustration when I asked her to repeat information I didn’t catch the first time.
Overall, these interactions make me feel less like a valued, paying customer and more like just another number. Because of this, I try to avoid calling the office whenever possible.
I've struggled for months to write this, simply due to my poor encounters being with clerical staff only. TODAY, I had it and decided to proceed.
Dr. Adam completed my work and did an amazing job!
