  I just wanted to take time out to acknowledge Gabby in the pharmacy dept. My mom ran out of her medicine and Gabby went above and beyond to help us . Unfortunately I live a hour away and Gabby was able to arrange delivery to her house. We were surprised when the medicine arrived in less then 30 mins.. Gabby has been a favorite to my mom and dad for a while. Gabby definitely is an employee who takes time to really help everyone . Thank you again Gabby we can’t thank you enough !

  It’s been our favorite pharmacy for decades. And we know a little bit about the medical profession in our household. We choose Osco over the rest for its outstanding staff that goes out of its way to take care of its customer. Lead for many years by Lynn, we could not ask for better people to help us with our prescriptions. Thank you for 25 years of great care.

  Went to grab a couple things at the deli....no other customers around, nobody waiting. I didn't know I had to pull a number, so I waited while 5 workers behind the counter completely ignored me. Finally a lady came over and literally stood in front of me and started shouting numbers, to the customers who were clearly not there. After the absent customers didn't respond after 4 or 5 numbers, she finally made eye contact with me and asked what I wanted. Gave me my item, no other comments, and stalked away. Sorry to bother you, I won't do it in the future......

  DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. NEVER USING THIS PHARMACY AGAIN!!! Several months back I changed pharmacies from Walgreens to Jewel. Due to Walgreens always having one issue or another and always acting like their bothered to my answer questions. Had I known Jewel would be exponentially worse. I would have bit the bullet and stayed at Walgreens. The issue with Jewel is A. They don't take notes on patients using their pharmacy. If they do take notes. They do not read or communicate anything amongst each other. Creating so many issues when it comes to ordering medication or having said medication ready for their patients. B. Like most other pharmacies, their very judgmental and rude. The difference is, when they make a mistake at Jewel. It's your problem not theirs and if you give them a hard time. They call your doctor and complain they are being treated poorly by the patient in question. All the while (like a child telling on a sibling) they don't and wont talk about why or what they did to cause the patients anger. C. They are very deceitful and dishonest. Depending on who you talk to at this pharmacy. You could be told, your prescription is ready. Then drive a half hour to jewel on your lunch break. Just to find out they don't have the medication in stock. You could be told they are ordering the medicine for you today, and they will have it ready ASAP. Only to find out, someone forgot to order it. Forgot? Or decided not to? Either way, that should not happen ever with peoples medication. Somehow for the last 4 months it has happened with EVERY one of my scripts. like it's funny or something. I truly hope my doctor either reports this crap to the DEA. Or finds a way to make sure this pharmacy does not continue conducting business the way they have been. Someone needs to step in and do something because no one should be forced to go without their medication. Based on someone else being unprofessional and doing the bare minimum while at work. FYI you got a job as a form of care provider for patients and customers. That does not make you any better then anyone else. It would do a lot of good. If you stopped acting like you do.

  Excellent service for covid boosters. Pharmacist Lynn was friendly & professional. She is a gem!
