  Brandon and Jennifer were amazing! Brandon helped fixed my glasses for me and Jennifer was extremely patient. They were very energetic and helped me pick out my perfect pair!!

  My girlfriend and I came in yesterday, and received excellent assistance from Jennifer and Brandon, who set up our appointments for today. They also were very helpful with ny problem of typically being able to see around my glasses Jennifer continued to be of great assistance, and between a smooth pair of doctor visits, helped us choose frames and we were even able to discuss lenses and their tradeoffs. I always come here because of the excellent service, and Jennifer and Brandon were no exception in this regard. If looking to see the doctor, be sure to make an appointment in advance. Highly recommend.

  The fantastic trio—-Alaina, Jennifer, and Saira——made my day. The ladies were attentive, engaging and genuine in their interactions. They even wished me a happy birthday and asked how it went. These days, people are so remiss of others and are often self focused but not these three. I really appreciate Alaina’s welcoming smile and compliments about my kids and their respectful interactions with her , Jennifer’s sense of humor (she laughed at my terrible jokes lol) and patience with my kids, and Saira’s approachable and warm temperament and additional compliments on my parenting. Dr. Berry is awesome as well. He is always full of jokes, and is very thorough with our examinations. These attributes make the visit easy and welcoming. The team at the Bolingbrook Pearle Vision is unmatched!

  My husband and I both went in for an exam and a new pair of glasses. We both ordered the glasses after the exams. My husband ordered his before I had a chance to pick my frames, they had dilated my pupils and I could not see the price tags very well. When I finally decided on a frame I was very specific that I did not want any special additions to my lenses. I wanted them very basic, none of that blue light stuff or anything that was not necessary. I was told this was fine and supposedly they were priced out that way. When I went to pick up my glasses there were extra charges on there totalling $76 out of pocket. I asked what the add ONS were, they were explained to me and I said, I specifically asked not to have these add ONS. I don't want them. The girl at the counter said there was nothing they could do so she offered me a free care kit. My husband went this past Saturday to get his and had a charge that he questioned. The same person that took care of me when I picked up my glasses could not explain what the charge was. I've been to two other locations and never had any extra charges or add ONS to my glasses that I didn't ask for. My husband originally went to another location as well and never had extra things on his bill. We will for sure never visit this location again. We only went here because it's in the neighborhood. I will go back to the other locations where we are not over charged and fooled. I will be going to corporate on this.
