I needed an emergency pair of glasses made asap and they stepped into action in an amazing way. Noah assisted me with getting the approvals needed. He was patient, kind and determined to get things done as quickly as possible for my son who had been hospitalized. He's great at his job. Antonio and John worked along his side to make sure the order was expedited and they did what needed to be done to make it happen. They didn't have the frame we last ordered but they took the time to find new frames with almost the exact same measurements as the ones previously ordered. They did all of this in one day and it was all done over the phone. I didn't go to the store until they told me the glasses were ready. Antonio greeted me with such kindness when I went to the store to pick up my order and showed such concern for our situation. The team that assisted me, Noah, Antonio, and John are all superstars. They exceeded my every expectation. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond when assisting them.
