I get there and was told that they booked 2 other appointments in my place because the system they use doesn’t communicate text confirmations to them and I would have had to confirm over the phone. So they just canceled my appointment. Don’t block off your work day to go here.

He gladly sat me down and talked shop with me while he fixed all four pair. I walked out with what seemed like four new pair. Thanks Jon!!!
