The optometrist side of the store has always been excellent. The eye-exam system is efficient, accurate, and very professional. I truly appreciate the quality of care we’ve consistently received from the doctor. However, my recent experience with the staff who handle glasses and lenses was disappointing. Their attitude made me feel as if my questions were a burden. The interaction felt heavy, unwelcoming, and at times almost as though I was being pushed to go somewhere else. I was simply trying to understand the differences between lens options and frames, especially considering the amount of business my family brings to this location. I noticed many positive reviews online, but my experience was quite different. With the level of customer service I received from the sales staff, I honestly do not feel valued as a returning customer. I respectfully request that the owner or management address this issue—whether through additional training, improved staffing, or better support for the front-end team. This is a good business with strong potential, and I hope to see improvements so customers like myself can feel comfortable returning.
