- YByoustina BoshraMar 20, 20261.0Pick a different location!! I got a membership, and not a couple of weeks in, they started removing classes out of the schedule without a clear plan on when they will be adding those classes back or they will ever add them back. Their hours are horrible. I checked a ton of other locations, and they offer way more classes than this location. When I tried to cancel, they want to charge me $100 for cancellation fees. Why am I being charged cancellation fees when you can’t keep classes on the schedule. If instructor are quitting, you should find someone to sub not take classes off the schedule. They called me and left a voicemail to call them or text them back and when I text them I get no replies.

- CHCarla HowardJan 14, 20265.0Vanessa is the best. She is patient and helps when you need a little assistance. She allows time for you to transition off and on the equipment. Vanessa reads the room well and sets the pace accordingly and with safety of her class. My first month and enjoy her classes the best. Will go to other location to check out other instructors to see if they can exceed Vanessa’s instruction.
