  Amazing and full-service response to an after hours eye issue. Almost immediate callback from the on-call Doctor. She said meet me at the office in 15 minutes! I showed up and she was at the door. Before I left the office they had called around to find an open pharmacy, sent my script, and called to ensure they received it. I’ve never been more impressed. It gave me that small-town in-house doctor visit feel from decades ago. This is what healthcare should be. Thanks again Dr. Willenbring and Sam Richardson.

  My husband and I came to Vision Point two days in a row. Both times the technician Aspen worked with us. She is extremely pleasant, kind, patient and walks you through everything that she will be doing. We so enjoyed her working with us. Dr. Huettemann and Dr. Willenbring are very thorough and professional. I highly recommend Vision Point!

  I reached out to VisionPoint with questions about LASIK and was interested in scheduling a consultation. From the very beginning, the communication was fantastic. I was able to get in quickly and had the opportunity to meet Nancy, whose energy was absolutely contagious. She explained every part of the LASIK process in a way that was easy to understand and never once made me feel pressured. Instead, she made sure I felt informed and confident in my decision. Because of how comfortable I felt with both Nancy and the VisionPoint team, I scheduled my LASIK procedure that same day. Leading up to the surgery, I felt very prepared and knew exactly what to expect. On the day of the procedure, every staff member made me feel at ease, and during the surgery, the team was incredibly attentive and supportive. I was amazed at how quickly I saw results—I had clear vision by the very next morning. I never thought I’d be free from contacts and glasses, but here I am with perfect vision, all thanks to VisionPoint.

  Teresa ( my cataract tech) was VERY informative about all the details concerning my upcoming cataract surgery. Her personality and thoroughness was very reassuring and I left with a packet of materials of all upcoming dates, instructions and reminders —- she was EXCELLENT in every aspect of my appointment!!!
