- MCManny ChaidezDec 4, 20251.0When you call in a prescription, you always have to call 2-3 times to have someone answer. When they do answer, there’s always someone with an attitude on the other line. At the end of the call, they always just hang up. Today, I walked in, waited in line, and saw the cashier give the older person in front of me an attitude. When it was my turn, I got the same treatment. If you can’t deal with customers without rolling your eyes, maybe you’re in the wrong job. I was told when I called in it would be ready today. On the app it says prescription will be ready for today then get told not till tomorrow. Kinda hard to do tomorrow if I have a flight to catch today and that’s why I confirmed the date when called. Then I’m told doctor has to send in a new script when we just went through this a month ago and a phone call from doctor was good enough. It’s whatever works for them and whatever is harder. Already called my doctor and had him change it to CVS pharmacy I won’t deal with them anymore.
