- WDW D5 days ago1.0Horrible service staff says one thing and does another . Rude staff . If my insurance covered a different pharmacy I would go there . Won't even supply customer with a emergency two day supply of depression meds .Not heavy drugs depression meds . Mental health is not taken into consideration here . Your another number to them if I could I give them a zero lack of caring for their customers

I was over charged for my medication by over $100 because they didn’t process my prescription transfer from the neighboring Jewel Osco correctly. I had called and confirmed their inventory and ability to fill and they confirmed they could and told me they would get it transferred right away and I confirmed all my details. But when I tried to pick it up they had “lost” the prescription and sold my meds to someone else and made me pay for name brand. Why should I have to pay a premium for their mistake?
