Dr Efaw didn’t listen to me when I tried to explain my broken jaw was cause for concern with dental work. He proceeded to do several failed implants that resulted in nerve damage (full numbness in my chin!) and a huge gap (no tooth) in my mouth. Yes this was 4 + years ago but the ptsd that it caused is irreversible - and I felt it was time to let my voice heard. Be wary of Dr Efaw - make him listen to you before you allow him to work on you
I needed a tooth pulled and they got me in so quick! The process was so smooth, professional and quick. The facility was flawless. The staff was great! 👍
The staff is really nice and informative.
Very kind and understanding. They were patient and willing to answer any questions I had about the procedure I was in for. I highly recommend going to them. Really happy I did.
I had 6 wisdom teeth (I had 2 extra) removed by Dr Elger and it was a surprisingly easy experience. 5 of the 6 extraction sites were 100% painless, with no evidence of surgery at all, that's pretty impressive. One tooth hadn't fully erupted, so its removal wasn't perfectly clean, but it still healed up nicely with minimal pain. The procedure was easy and painless, and my recovery went well.

Very disappointing experience.
Several children, including mine, were scheduled for the same appointment time for wisdom tooth extractions. We arrived first, checked in, and waited. One by one, every other child who arrived after us was called back before my child.
After sitting there watching this happen, I politely asked how much longer we could expect to wait. I was told very off-handedly, “Well this is a surgery center and we can’t predict how long the appointments before yours will take.” That explanation didn’t make sense considering all of the kids at that time were there for the same procedure, and the ones who arrived after us had already been taken.
By the time my child was finally called back, almost 30 minutes had passed after every other patient scheduled at that time had already gone in.
For context, my child is Black. While we sat there being skipped over, every other child called ahead of us was white, and during the entire time we were in the waiting room I did not see a single other person of color arrive or leave.
Maybe there is an explanation, but the lack of acknowledgment and the dismissive response when I asked about the delay made the situation feel extremely uncomfortable and unfair. Families deserve transparency, respect, and to be treated equitably.
Do better! If you are not part of the solution you are a part of the problem.
