- OAOrlando AresFeb 20, 20261.0On January 11th went for glasses & eye exam today is February 20th and no glasses. After the first two weeks were sent back due to wrong prescription. That is 6 weeks later. Very upsetting, no valid explanation, wow ! Been a custumer for 4 years. Not good!

The eye doctor was also knowledgeable and helpful. she answered all my questions with care. The only issue I had was that there was not a big selection of eye wear for people on a budget. I’m sure I’m not the only person on a budget. Overall I would still recommend this Lens Crafter’s to friends.

A piece of gold hardware fell off my eyeglass frames that I absolutely LOVE (now discontinued) and the store manager (Danielle?) actually superglued substitute hardware to increase the longevity of my frames. She also helped me find comparable frames while giving me honest, yes or no, input. Eyeglasses are an extension of your face and as a trendy girl I put a lot of thought and time when choosing eyeglasses. One thing I will say… I’ve looked at a lot of eyeglass frames, including at Wheaton Eye Clinic, and no store in the area has cuter, stylish frames than LensCrafters.
