- RGRehan GulMay 14, 20255.0I met Dr. Glenn for a tooth extraction, I didn’t even know and tooth was out. No pain or discomfort, hardly took 20mins and I was out of the chair. Experienced and knowledgeable surgeon!! Thank you Doctor

This was my first visit an I had some old X-rays an called my dentist to get recent X-rays an it seems they did not care what was provided they wanted me to take an X-ray even though I have X-rays from a couple months ago. Could be a miscommunication but I was never clear as to why my X-rays were not significant enough I was told we will be using there X-rays. Again could be a honest mistake as I do not feel that she was trying to be mean. Front desk had 2 employees. One was rude and other was nice. The rude one seemed to not care what X-rays I had she said to go forward with the appointment for the day I would need to have X-rays and that she can’t use what I had. And Her Demeanor was as if I was annoying her by just trying to use my X-rays. I felt like I had to rush with everything. Also before my appointment I rcvd a call from them asking if they can get my dentist to send information an have them my dentist info an called my dentist to confirm call was made and my dentist confirmed that call was made an that X-rays were sent in. Once I got to dr achieve they said they do not have anything and there is no notes or documentation of any call showing they even reached out to my dentist 🤦🏾♂️ Overall I wish customer service was better as I did not feel welcomed.
