  "You've missed the work- you can't come into class" is not what your supposed to say when someone is 6 minutes late to a class on their birthday. Did the studio know it was my sister's birthday today? No. But should you treat people with respect? Yes... Instead the vitrol and unclenilliness of this studio is unacceptable. 1 star is kind review. The instructors could take a course in customer service. The cleaning staff could take a course in coming to work. And the management/ownership should take notice... Enforcing rules is one thing, treating people with respect is ALSO a thing.

  I absolutely love Club Pilates. Every instructor here is truly exceptional — kind, attentive, and incredibly professional. You can feel their expertise in every class. Each session leaves me energized, stronger, and inspired. I’m very grateful for the care, support, and atmosphere they create. This studio has become one of my favorite places, and I genuinely enjoy every training here.

  I absolutely love coming to this location. Everyone is friendly and all the instructors are good as well. The only reason why I am giving it 4 stars is bc I was hoping for more deep stretching classes. I switch from 8 classes to unlimited, because of an instructor who had a deep stretching class. It was soo good, that I felt the effects of those stretches for a week. However, none of the instructors incorporated those stretches or techniques in center and balance. And the instructor barely teaches. I really hope there would be deep stretching classes offered, at-least once a week. Hope management can take it into consideration.

  I joined Club Pilates Bloomingdale under what I was told was a three month minimum and a 30-day cancellation policy. When I cancelled on my third payment date, I was told I’d be billed for a fourth month because I would have needed to cancel by my second payment date which was only 30 days into my membership. This makes the policy function like 60 days, not 30 which is misleading, very unfriendly to customers and is basically a money grab.
