I received my glasses during the weekday then came back on a Saturday because they weren't fitting correctly. Literally when I tilt my head down the glasses come right off. Now I've been wearing eyeglasses all of my life and never had a problem with them fitting. The lady did try to heat and bend them but was afraid too because she said that she didn't want to break them and while attempting to fix them she kept saying ..."I didn't give them to you like this". My problem was not resolved... That was months ago and now it's time for a new pair and some contacts and I definitely won't be bringing my business there ever again.
