The person checking me in kept telling me she couldn't find me in the system and that she cant look me up by my insurance information. I have been a customer a lens crafters for over 6 years and I have never been treated the way I was treated at this visit and location. To continue to tell me what you cant do, instead of actually just listening to me let's me know all I need to know. Then when my company calls and tells you how to do your job properly. You sit there looking very stupid and silly. I ask that this location please look into the 2 women you have checking customers in because the way I was treated on ny visit was very unacceptable and I will never return to this location. The service is horrible, the wait is long and to be disrespected the way I was is just unacceptable!!
