it is the worst company in the world to reach someone. Everything goes to voicemail that is a black hole. This office once you finally get past corporate phone system is fine but i would never use them again

Asa was wonderful…very thorough, paying attention to detail, and very personable as well! He emphasized the most important things to remember and took ample time to rain me on the chair, I a very pleased with the entire experience! Thank you so much.

They used to be great. Not sure what changed but I no longer recommend this place at all. I received a chair that tosses me out of it at the slightest bump. The back of the chair was so bad for me that the doctor had me remove it. I can’t use any of it and was already desperate for a new chair. I have tried to communicate with them about it and found no response. Go anywhere else but here so you can get the correct equipment required to be safe and healthy.
