The first time, they straight up wouldn’t sell me the medicine I asked for even though I’ve bought it every 10 days for probably 10 years, and they couldn’t explain why. I made the mistake of going back again and this time they sold me the medicine and grabbed it from behind the counter and charged me for it, put it in a bag, and sent me home... only to discover they straight up sold me the wrong thing. Like, they gave me a totally different medicine that what I asked for. The agent told me it was the same and it was another medicine entirely. She just didn’t know the difference. That is scary for a person in that role. It also meant that I had the wrong medicine and now can’t buy the right one for 15 days because of the law and then accidentally giving me something wrong. I called and explained all that and asked to speak with a manager to try to find a solution since I’m otherwise just stuck with nothing for this whole time. The manager wasn’t available so I left a long detailed message and was promised a return call the next day. That call never came, and they haven’t returned my call my last two tries either. Beyond frustrating customer service, this was incompetent and dangerous service selling me a different medicine than I asked to buy. I’m glad I happened to double check and notice myself what the trained pharmacist apparently couldnt. I’m upset by the mistake and upset that no one there will answer for it or try to make amends. Instead I have nothing. I will not be back, and I suggest you find another pharmacy.
