They have many options to choose from , the staff is very helpful and provide great suggestions and most importantly they are extremely helpful in making sure the glasses fit you well. Getting adjusted to a new pair of glasses is really difficult for me and the lovely Melanie was a great help on this front. It is usually difficult for me to explain why the glasses are uncomfortable but Melanie with her experience was able to examine the fit closely and make numerous adjustments with care and patience. I am truly appreciative of this kind of service!

A group of kindergartners would do a better job at being efficient. We were first told the doctor we assigned you to, went for lunch. Why take appointments when lunches are happening. We wait and wait and wait and then ask okay what's the name of the doctor please. They then say it's automatically assigned based on who is available. Completely contradicting what was just said. We were then told we were next in line. We again waited 15 minutes., and finally left canceling the appointment.
