Came in with a prescription to get new glasses and Jordan made the experience seamless. She sat down with me and very clearly ran me through my options from a cost perspective and was incredibly knowledge on how each brand impacts costs.
Very easy to work with and definitely would recommend.

I brought in my Lenscrafters Dolce and Gabbana progressives to be adjusted and the technician broke them. He then tried to blame it on me, saying I sat on them. I have never sat on my eyeglasses. In fact, I recently donated all my old glasses and I had beautifully intact frames dating back to the 1980's. I've worn glasses for 55+ years and I very much need them to be able to see, so I always treat my eyeglasses like fine jewelry. They're very expensive progressive lenses that cost around $900+ purchased from Lenscrafters in Wheaton. The Fox Valley store mgr offered me zero solutions other than to tell me I have to purchase another pair of glasses and get an eye exam. I've gone to Lenscrafters for over 20 years (Oakbrook & Wheaton). These same frames are available online, but they did not want to be bothered with ordering them. I don't know when an employee can break your glasses, and then, it's on the customer to re-purchase the eyeglasses. I'd avoid this location, personally. I'm going back to Wheaton.

I always go to this location for my glasses, I guess , they’ll treat you really nice when you have appointment and buying glasses but once u have question about the bill that I received , and I’m not suppose to have a bill , it will shows they’re real attitude, like they don’t have time to talk to me. I will definitely go to different LensCrafters next time!

Melanie and Aaron are amazing. They did what no other person at Lenscrater could do. They went over the call of duty with full disclosure ship adjusting my rimless George Amonte glasses! They’re now perfect better than when I first got them!

First time getting glasses, and they made the experience very nice. All the staff were personable and helpful through all steps of the process (from the exam to picking out the glasses). I’d say you wouldn’t go wrong with checking these guys out for any of your eye needs
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
