I can not express enough how amazing this location is.
Leo is absolutely wonderful!
Even having to exchange a new pair of frames, LEO went above and beyond to make sure to assist, as well as making sure the exchange pair of frames were exactly what I wanted and comfortable. Leo even remembered the frames I was looking at and even complimented how the frames looked.
Absolutely amazing!
Thank you!

Good sales customer service, but very poor optometrist service. The only reason I chose LensCrafters is because it was the only place that offered the lenses I needed.
(1) When I first placed an order for prescription lenses, I was told to expect a text message in about 2 weeks when they were ready. After 2 weeks passed without any notification, I called the store myself and was told the lenses had already arrived. I was then asked to bring my frames in a couple days later to have the lenses installed.
(2) I dropped off my frames to get the prescription lenses installed. When I picked them up, my original lenses were not returned to me. When I asked about them, I was told, “Sorry, they cracked in the heating process.” This doesn’t make sense, as I’ve had other optometrists easily remove and reinstall the original lenses in these exact frames before without any issues (or heating).
I was not offered any resolution until I specifically asked for one—either a refund for the damaged lenses or a replacement. For context, I purchased my glasses in France, and they came with both frames and lenses. I had planned to keep the original lenses to use as fashion glasses in the future. Regardless of where the glasses were purchased, I brought them in in perfect condition and expected them to be returned the same way.
The sales associate offered to order replacement demo lenses at no cost, which I then waited another two weeks for.
(3) I had to return to the store again to drop off my frames so the demo lenses could be fitted and cut, as they were unable to reuse the previous measurements. While my frames and lenses were not damaged this time, the replacement lenses are cheap, lightweight yellow plastic and do not compare to the original lenses that were damaged.
(4) The associate I dealt with during my second visit (drop-off and pick-up) was dismissive.
A huge thank you to Danielle, the sales associate I worked with during my initial order, for being friendly, polite, and professional throughout the whole process. She offered to order the replacement lenses at no cost. I would give her service 5 stars.
However, I would give the gentleman that worked on my frames 2 stars due to the damage to my original lenses, the inconvenience of multiple visits, and the dismissive customer service.

Dr. Nancy Wojcik is truly an excellent resource and the store is excellent all around. Dr. Wojcik prioritized taking time to get the best prescription possible and address any concerns.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
