    Wow first prescription filled there and they got my quantity wrong. I was supposed to get 90 pills and they only gave me 30--made me pay for 90. I had to go back and get the rest with no apology.

    This place used to be great and the pharmacists are still friendly and helpful, but they now often don't have prescriptions in stock and I've had to wait up to a week for them to fill them. Maybe it's Kroger's influence but we can't use them anymore.

    Absolutely horrendous customer service from an older female Pharmacist. I came in happy to see no line, as I needed to fill a prescription for my baby. The pharmacy tech assisted me and allowed me to pay as I mentioned I’m on my lunch brake. She stated the pharmacist needs to verify it before she hands it to me. Then the pharmacist left to the bathroom while I waited. When she came back I told her I’m waiting for her to verify a prescription already paid for, she said she’s busy and has other things to do first. Then she proceeded to take calls and for 15 minutes making it obvious that she will do anything to prolong assisting me. I asked the tech if there is any was to expedite it as there was no one in line before me, and now I’m waiting over 20 minutes, she said no it’s all up to the pharmacist, who interrupted her phone call to say she “doesn’t want my prescription and to take it somewhere else”.
