- TDThomas DorschFeb 20, 20234.0Usually I have a good experience. My prescription was put in about 2 1/2 hours of closing. I walked in 30 minutes before closing was on hold in line for 10 minutes while the pharmacist was dealing with another customer. Only 1 person on staff. Despite me explaining the importance of me obtaining my medication and the hassles that I go through. They would not accommodate me. I was told that if I wanted it today that I needed to call and make sure that they could have it. I've never had somebody tell me that before. Oh well I suppose.... I'm a 30 minute round trip to this location and I usually come here because my experience is excellent. For that this place still receives 4 stars. I will continue to visit this pharmacy regardless. One bad experience doesn't make everything. I do believe it was unacceptable and that I was not taken seriously. Probably an off day. This place is usually prompt, and exceptionally accommodating. Just disappointed that I'm going to have an off day tomorrow. Happy President's Day everyone!.
