Unfortunately, my problem is with the staff up front who refused to provide me with my PD number on my prescription. As per the store representative, For Eyes is legally not allowed to provide me with my own pupillary distance number and even if they could, it wouldn’t matter since your PD changes based on which glass you buy. For those of you who know glasses or have had glasses; unless you’re a child, your PD isn’t changing. So after charging my insurance for an eye exam, not providing me with a component of the exam, they then lie to me. I’m sorry, if you’re willing to lie over something like that, not only have you lost whatever sale you wouldn’t have gotten for a pair of glasses (remember, I still have my glasses benefit), but I’ve made it my mission to make sure no one I know comes to this location (my wife and daughter have cancelled their appointments as well). They can’t be trusted.

She really knows her stuff and goes above and beyond. Sonya and Sarah were there manning the store and they were also absolutely terrific. Sonya took her time fitting me for new glasses and Sarah is very customer focused. This particular Four Eyes store is an all around great customer experience.
