Well experience was bad since the beginning. I called to ask about an online order & they said they had no clue they don’t see that information or have access to online orders-understandable. So then I chatted online & they said my glasses were ready for pick up. I went in and I was told they couldn’t find them & if I was sure they were ready for pickup. I checked in my email & YES they should be ready so she went back and came back with them-annoying! Got my glasses love them & today I get an email from their store that they are ready DEC 1st when I picked them up on NOV 26! They were going to make me wait that long? Never having anything mailed for pick up there! Do better.

The staff were very friendly as soon as I arrived. The associate knew actually what type of glasses I was looking for.
The eye doctor that I worked with took her time to explain what I needed for my eye appointment.
