Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.
Barre3 AH is a great place for a full body workout. There’s a variety of classes to choose from and booking can be easily done thru their app. Most classes are 45 minutes yet they’re very effective. Instructors are knowledgeable, motivating and keep you focused on each exercise. I love coming to Barre3 to reset my mind, challenge my body and see familiar faces.

Barre3 is my happy place! The community is incredibly supportive and welcoming. There is no intimidation, just positive energy from both the instructors and fellow members. The instructors are fantastic at meeting everyone where they are, encouraging you to push yourself in a way that feels right for you that day. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, there is a space for you here. I always leave class feeling stronger, more grounded, and in a better headspace. Barre3 has become so much more than a workout, it's part of my daily routine that I can't live without!

Best place for a full body workout. The trainers describe each posture and provide modifications. Lots of variations in movement and weights. I love the challenge. It’s my time to focus on me and my health.
