Best hot yoga!
I have been practicing yoga many years and visited so many different studios in Canada Korea Bali and even middle east. This is one of best classes I can say and most of instructors are very qualified and kind!

Man, I used to love coming here! Now it seems they basically offer three classes throughout the day, with very limited options outside HPF, C2, and Sculpt. There used to be more C1, CR, and even the HPX classes to choose from every day during daytime hours. I'll use up my last two classes and then find another studio with more options.

Honestly, they need to put a tighter limit on how many people per class. Packed in like sardines, shoulder to shoulder and it’s absolutely disgusting breathing in everyone else’s breath and getting hit with someone else’s sweat, especially since COVID. I don’t feel this place is properly cleaned and every time I go it smells. I’ll never be a member.

I’ll start off by saying I tried stopping in at 4pm on a Saturday and the doors were locked(whatever)Then when I noticed a lady by the window and she didn’t seem to care that I was trying to come in. I assumed they had just closed and no big deal. I proceeded to go back to my car and check the hours. I returned because the hours state open till 10pm. What I assume is an instructor comes to the door kinda like what do you need and not in a how can I help you way. The final straw was during our conversation she proceeds to tell me how expensive it is all while not giving me a price even though I wasn’t really interested in prices yet. I was more interested in how classes are scheduled with COVID. In our conversation I informed her that this is not my first time in a yoga studio. If it was! who cares!?Not professional or very welcoming
