- JTJo Ann TreakleFeb 25, 20265.0My appointment was for a consultation for a tooth extraction and the options for a replacement. The doctor was very patient with my numerous questions. He gave me the pros and cons for the different options. The staff and dentist were very friendly.
- DSDanielle SchneiderFeb 23, 20263.0Bistate removed my 15 year old's wisdom teeth, which were embedded and also 2 premolars. He was still in a considerable amount of pain 5 days later when he should've been released to go back to school, so I took him back in. They took a look at him and said he "looked fine" and he could start decreasing his pain medication. Mean while, he's not doing ok. They were super dismissive of my concerns. They told me if I wanted to keep him home from school "because I wanted to" that that was up to me. I went there for a medical opinion and they were very unprofessional. I'm not impressed.

My procedure ended up costing less than expected because *thankfully* they were able to avoid a coronectomy on my bottom wisdom teeth. This was a huge relief to me. I woke up happy as a clam. From the front desk, to Dr. Schlott are a fabulous team. Thank you for taking great care of me!
