  I had 2 wisdom teeth removed and it went very smooth. No pain during the procedure or after the procedure. I had no need 4 pain medication nor experience and facial swelling. My procedure was over in approximately 20 minutes. I was at the doctor's office less than an hour for the 2 wisdom teeth 2B removed..... What a great doctor and team . Much appreciated and highly recommended..... Thanks

  My son had a consultation at the Alton office and the staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Schlott was extremely informative explaining the procedure. Highly recommend Bi-State oral and facial surgery.

  If I could make this zero stars I would. I have never been so dismissed and treated so poorly by any medical professionals in my life. My son had his wisdom teeth removed from here. He had severe pain afterwords but he was due to return to school. We brought him back to the office and after a quick inspection they said he was medically fine and could return to school. Said as his parents it was our decision if he stayed out any longer again stating that he was medically cleared and treated us as if we were drug seeking and not concerned for our sons pain level. After this he ended up getting a severe infection which we took him to the his a different location that would not treat us like crap. It got better but but started to get bad again so we tried the surgeons office again and this time they debrided the infection without making sure he was fully numbed. My son is traumatized by this. I immediately cancelled my daughter's appointment after this. We will never go back and I would never subject any children in my family to this facility.

  My husband was referred to this provider. He went to the visit by himself, I wish I really would've went with him. He said the office staff was not kind, and I would have to agree as whenever I was calling about his care they weren't kind to me either. We then got a bill for $280 for the consult that the insurance did not cover. When I contacted the insurance company they said that it was a noncovered consultation and the code billed was a very detailed consultation that included detailed treatment plans. We did not get any recommendation of treatment until we asked, and when we did get it it was chicken scratch on a piece of paper. You couldn't even make heads or tails of what services were going to be billed nor the charges aligned with each code. I would suggest for anyone using this provider in the future, to verify what code they're going to Bill for the consultation prior and contact your insurance company to verify coverage so you don't get a $280 surprise.
