The inserts are too hard and I went in and got a second set of inserts which are supposed to be softer, but they still killed my feet. I was told that there's nothing else they can do for me. They also ran my credit before telling me that they had a no refund policy.. I didn't find out about the no Refund policy until they rang me up..very shady and should not be in business. I'm out a lot of money .
