- CLChristine LeeApr 3, 20264.0Been getting glasses at this location for nearly a decade. The entire time, the eye exam and prescriptions seemed thorough and consistent. Biggest change in the past 3 years was terrific service with the new retail management and team. They are attentive, conscientious and genuinely seem to care that you are pleased with your glasses. The only reason this review is not 5 stars is because I don't understand the high cost of frames.

Staff (Edward and Lauren) were friendly, kind and informative of what to expect with the appt. Dr. Janikowski was exceptional. Her professionalism, knowledge, and relatability was top notch! The entire staff went above and beyond- over all wonderful experience! 10/10

- SBStacey BlahaMar 16, 20261.0If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in January for an appointment to get new contacts. I was told I needed to see an ophthalmologist and got no prescription. The girl at the front desk made me wait over 20 minutes while she was “supposedly “. Calling one. However no one ever answered and I sat there while she listened to phone ring and ring. Instead of giving me the number and letting me make my own appointment (I am an adult and able to do this). Was charged for a contact lens exam but left with no contacts or even a prescription. I went to the ophthalmologist and returned as instructed only to be charged AGAIN for a contact lens fitting. Duh…..that is what I went in for to begin with and got nothing. I definitely will not be back. There are plenty of other optometrists.
