DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! (0stars) I had lenses made for my frames in August and when I picked them up, they felt strange like my eyes were being pulled in different directions. The woman looked at me without asking any questions. I let her know repeatedly after looking around that the lenses felt wrong or off. She didn’t say anything. She was just looking at me and I kept looking at my boyfriend like shouldn’t she be doing something to help me?!? Asking me questions? Checking the fit? She didn’t! No one did that worked there! I’ve worn glasses since second grade so I figured I will try them for a couple weeks and see how things go. We went out of the country for a trip and I returned in end of October to say they just aren’t working. The manager from another location told me that they move people around a lot and not everyone knows how to navigate the optical department (not my problem, but ok) she remeasured my eyes and they were different numbers from the original. I get these new lenses, they still feel a bit funny at pickup but I understand that new glasses take a bit to get used to. She said I had 90 days so I figured ok I’ll try again. I’m patient to troubleshoot through it. Nope! Now they make me physically sick. I’m getting nauseous like motion sickness wearing the glasses every single time. I get a weird feeling in my neck and a stomach ache. I return today only to be told that I only had 90 days from the original purchase, not the updated corrected measurement, and that there is nothing that can be done. So now I’m out $250 for poor service, bad fits for certain departments, miscommunication about timing, no one helping when I say something feels wrong or off and incorrect measurements???? How is that possible?!?!? This is crazy!
