- SBStacey Blaha1 day ago1.0If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in January for an appointment to get new contacts. I was told I needed to see an ophthalmologist and got no prescription. The girl at the front desk made me wait over 20 minutes while she was “supposedly “. Calling one. However no one ever answered and I sat there while she listened to phone ring and ring. Instead of giving me the number and letting me make my own appointment (I am an adult and able to do this). Was charged for a contact lens exam but left with no contacts or even a prescription. I went to the ophthalmologist and returned as instructed only to be charged AGAIN for a contact lens fitting. Duh…..that is what I went in for to begin with and got nothing. I definitely will not be back. There are plenty of other optometrists.
