  The classes are okay, but honestly they’re kind of boring because it’s always the same basic exercises. When I asked to move to the next level, they didn’t allow me because I had to take at least 12 classes , which I did. After that, I decided to stop going because I thought my 3-month commitment was over. I paid for the full 3 months even though I didn’t attend every class, since their cancelation policy is very strict and sometimes I couldn’t go because of work. Now they’re pressuring me to pay for classes that I will not take. I told them I already completed and paid for my entire 3-month membership, but they make you sign a confusing form where you still have to pay even after finishing your commitment if you don’t notify them. I feel pressured because they’re asking me to pay for classes I’m not going to attend and that were never agreed on. They never even asked what would work for me or how to keep me as a customer . The only thing they care about is money, not the customer. If they had asked me what they could do to keep me in the classes, I would have requested to move to the next level, but they never cared about my experience.

  Best Club Pilates around!! Great instructors..each has their special way to teach and that makes it fun and never boring. Great people who go there and the friendships that have been made from here are a blessing. The Club is spotless !! The owner Robin is amazing!!! Join and enjoy better health!!

  Started going here about a month ago to help with a muscle injury from running - and am completely obsessed! The reformers are so fun, and the instructors are awesome about pushing you to get better and keep things challenging. This is a great studio and I highly recommend to anyone and everyone!
