As a result I had to change things back to the way I wanted them to be. Having fallen on 3 different occasions it is somewhat of a burden for me to move to get things back to the way I had them. I spoke to Susan about this and she graciously took care of the problem. I now have one of the best caregivers in Kelsey and she is a gem. She asks about different things and we are most congenial. I would like to continue having her to help me. Also, I want to commend Katy because she is a gem to me as well. Both of these caregivers do very well here and your company is fortunate to have such good persons on your staff. Thank you so much. If I am able to continually have these 2 ladies you will have and are having a thankful client.
