I saw first hand that the staff is negligent, and wont/cant look up people accordingly. My attorney has a lawsuit underway. Poor staff. Sad management. I hope the whole staff is either replaced or trained correctly. Pathetic pharmacy with the worst type of morals

I don’t know what kind of operation they are running here but it’s extremely concerning. I had surgery today and went to the pharmacy straight after to get my prescription. When I got there the lady had a confused look on her face when she was looking up my order. She kept asking me if I had a twin sister and if I lived in Phoenix. (I don’t have a twin sister and live in Middleton) She asked her supervisor for help and she told her to refill it and that they screwed up the information for my prescription. She then told me to wait 15 minutes and it will be ready. So I wait in my car because I can’t stand (surgery on my foot). I come back after 15 minutes AND THE PHARMACY IS CLOSED! This is the most absurd and unprofessional experience I’ve ever witnessed. It’s scary to think that this could have happened to anyone with a much more severe situation that relied on their medicine for survival. Now I have to wait til tomorrow to get my prescription. I hope this never happens again to anyone as it could severely make their lives miserable and or lead to easily avoidable health risks. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

I have had them lose my insurance card, prescriptions, not fill my prescription when I wait a day or two to pick it up (because I know they never fill things on time), or auto refill when I have auto refill turned off on any medication. I like to pick up close to home, but the majority of staff don't seem to know what they are doing and how important prescriptions are. I was reading through other reviews where people had issues with medications their lives depend on. That is 100% not okay. You cannot mess with people's ability to live. Highly disappointing for a pharmacy. Aren't they supposed to care and help people with medications? You can't even leave a note for a manager to solve the issue. Or ask for the names of the people in charge. And when there is an issue, they cannot solve it or give you the information for solving it. The slowness has been an issue since they opened. Go to any other pharmacy and you are in and out in 5 minutes. I shouldn't have to drive out of my way when there is a pharmacy so close to home. But, I guess I will.

The pharmacy is the absolute WORST! Not only do you have at wait in line for over minutes just to speak with someone but my prescription is never ready! I had a prescription put in by my physician and I specifically waited a day to pick it up knowing how long it take to fill here. When I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready, shocker! I was told they were working on it, to then be told they didn’t even have it in stock and to call back later this afternoon to see if they got it in. This place sucks!!

The WORST pharmacy I’ve ever been at. My 3 year old daughter needed her antibiotics for her ear infection. The prescription was sent in at 7:45 am, got to the drive thru at 8:05 am. I sat in the drive thru for almost 15mins clicking the button 3 times to notify them that I was there, I finally decided to call the pharmacy, and got ahold of someone after calling twice. Let them know I had been waiting at the window for almost 15mins, and was told they would be right with me. Waited another 7mins before someone came to the window, to then tell me to that my daughters medication was gonna be another 20mins, and to pull around in line because there was a car behind me. I finally got my prescription for my daughter at 8:45am. My poor daughter was crying the whole time in pain, and I couldn’t console her due to the lack of awareness of the pharmacy staff. I will be switching pharmacies, as this isn’t the first time something like this has happened to me. I would not waste your time and money at this pharmacy.
