Super quick to get me in. Appreciate that. Give my dental card and shame on me, for not preparing in advance to ask "what the cost would be" The card they said doesn't work. So no dental coverage and cash price?? Decision to wait and get another opinion. The price was just not what I felt was fair. The next place saw me, the same day and looked up my insurance and was not only less if it was cash, but they fixed other things I needed all for less than what I would have paid here at 7 day. Would i use them again? Yes in a pinch, but i paid 142. For a 20 min interaction to be quoted 840. And then the number goes down to 566. Plus the 20 min fee for 142. I was told 142 plus the 142 plus the 566 was the mistake. Ok but my tooth hurts I want it fixed. No payment options. Then fixed my bad teeth and my front tooth and all for far less than I would have paid 7 day..
Regarding the reply. My quote was not for 566. Or I would have used my 3k fsa account to pay. I was quoted 840.00 that's what prompted the response and my frustrations.
It was an honest mistake on your side since the card showed the wrong number but it was a new account and not canceled or no longer active. It was an easy association according to the other dentistry. But not really your fault. Just more that someone else called them and saw it was an error since I have not used my new card before. I do agree 566 is reasonable. Yet the other place was still less and they also took the time to contact insurance earning them more work and more money since I had other things I also wanted to address. Thanks for the prompt reply.

My Fiance needed an emergency visit, experiencing the worst pain of his life, they couldn’t see him until a week out so he held out for the appointment since he had seen them before. He hasn’t slept, he can not eat, the infection in his tooth is increasing by the hour. When he got there they did X-rays and found cavities on his wisdom teeth and a tooth that needed a root canal that they were not “confident enough” to perform. They continued to pressure him into paying to have his wisdom teeth removed even though it’s very obvious the root canal tooth that is causing massive pain and infection. They refused to do a drain and medicate on the problem tooth (every other dentist we’ve talked to offered it) and refused to even pull the tooth. They renewed his antibiotic prescription (which is poor medical standard given that antibiotics are usually taken in strict cycles, so they were basically implying he should just keep taking antibiotics?) and would not renew his pain medication that was given to him by the emergency room, which was just barely even touching his pain at all. Moreover, once he left a review explaining his experience, they made it out like he was drug seeking, dispite seeing his X-rays and obviously swollen gums and palate, indicating that extreme pain and life threatening infection is occurring. He spent another two nights in extreme pain, and is now going to see a much higher quality dentist in Spokane.
Your teeth are so important, choose the dentist you see wisely.
I am amazed that after all the pain he’s been though that they would do *absolutely nothing* to help him (other than offer to remove his wisdom teeth which just makes them more money)
UPDATE: reading alllll of their other one star reviews it’s clear to us that 7 day dental only cares about the money. Absolutely heartbreaking after watching the man I love and who provies for our family being in so much horrible pain and just HOPING that someone would help him 😞

Always a good experience. Very professional place. Vickie did a great job this morning cleaning my teeth. 🦷 I’m not one for going to the dentist but this place is comfortable for me.

Wouldn’t make space for me to come in for emergency level pain until an appointment days later. Then told me they weren’t confident doing the work and referred me somewhere else weeks out. Wouldn’t write a pain prescription. Did nothing for me but bang on my teeth with a tool and cause more pain.
Update since they’re implying, I’m a drug addict: I’ve never taken painkillers in my life until I’ve experienced this level of pain, I did not ask them to renew my prescription until the very end of the appointment after they refused to help with the tooth that I needed to work on.
They tried to pull my wisdom teeth, which had nothing to The issue tooth and charge me $800?

They do great work as always. Went in for a cleaning and scheduled my apt for my upper bridge to get done. Had some crowns done before here and they are still gorgeous. Thank you
