- MBMichael La Bella (Hells Bells)Feb 4, 20262.0No one's seems to like to answer the phone while im their. IV never had a pharmacy make me have to call my doctor an ask for my refills to be sent in. An I go sometimes 2 weeks without my medicine because they seem to take little amount of action on finding out why my medicine has not been refilled. Iv had 2 seizures because of their lack of action required to get my refills taken care of apparently. I wouldn't recommend this place. It's highly understaffed even tho their always 5 people their when I go in. I don't see what the problem is. Theirs no way they are counting the pills by hand anymore. So what's taking them so long an making them to busy to answer a phone call. IV calldd 5 times no answer.

A prescription ordered a day before is likely not going to be ready the next day even. Corporate needs to hire and expand this pharmacy. We will not be going here anymore until then.

- AMashley marieNov 15, 20251.0This is by far the worst pharmacy in town. I called to check whether my prescription was still available, since they don’t hold them very long. Each time I called, I could clearly hear them pick up and immediately hang up on me. I tried calling four more times, and every single time they hung up getting more aggressive, even slamming the phone down. When they finally did answer, they put me on hold for so long that the line started ringing again. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
- JJJNov 15, 20251.0Awful pharmacy, they are always very behind and never has prescriptions ready on time. Pharmacist is very rude, inconsiderate, and uncompassionate. Patients are only a dollar sign to them, not priority or care. Taking my business to Walgreens.
