Each time I called, I could clearly hear them pick up and immediately hang up on me. I tried calling four more times, and every single time they hung up getting more aggressive, even slamming the phone down. When they finally did answer, they put me on hold for so long that the line started ringing again. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

They only keep your prescriptions for seven days and then tell you that you have to go call back and get them refilled again when you can’t get there to Pick them up. Will change pharmacy soon. How can they even call this customer service? If you can’t answer the phone, then hire more people!!!
