My appointment was confirmed the day before, I show up for my appointment and the building was closed and no one in sight. Called the company and did not any where. I was not happy and it was a waste of my time to drive all the way there and not fulfill my appointment. Definitely, will not be returning at all, was not impressed.

- JPJoe PeteraOct 9, 20253.0I received an offer in the mail inviting me to come in for a free hearing test and video otopscopy along with a free $100 restaurant.com gift card. I did not read the fine print, where I was told to bring in a 'familiar voice' and therefore was not eligible for the $100 gift card. When I inquired about the video otopscopy I was told there wasn't a working machine in the office and if I insisted they could rig something up through a cell phone. I declined as I was told my ears were clean anyway. I did however receive a thorough hearing test and I'm happy to say my hearing is fine. I do feel like I was baited into coming in. Lesson learned: read the fine print!
