    They have on Facebook that they are having a trial for free hearing aids. It's a lie. They give you a free hearing test. Then expect you to pay for the hearing aids.

    I received an offer in the mail inviting me to come in for a free hearing test and video otopscopy along with a free $100 restaurant.com gift card. I did not read the fine print, where I was told to bring in a 'familiar voice' and therefore was not eligible for the $100 gift card. When I inquired about the video otopscopy I was told there wasn't a working machine in the office and if I insisted they could rig something up through a cell phone. I declined as I was told my ears were clean anyway. I did however receive a thorough hearing test and I'm happy to say my hearing is fine. I do feel like I was baited into coming in. Lesson learned: read the fine print!

    Rory at miracle ear is such a diligent and professional worker. I took my grandfather in to get some new hearing aids and Rory helped us, he is great to work with and very attentive to his work, my grandfather and I were very Impressed. We have been going back to him for over a year and he continues to impress us. If you are looking for a great quality experience and a very hard and honest worker Rory is the guy you want to see, I will forever send him business and refer my family and friends to him.

    LeAnn is very friendly at the front desk. You can tell she cares! More importantly, Rory responds to my needs quickly. The atmosphere in the office is so friendly and they really care about improving their patients' hearing, I would recommend the Nampa Miracle Ear to all my friends and family.
