Horrible pharmacy! I have had numerous problems over the past few months. They never have your prescription even after it gets sent multiple times, this happens every time. They have billing issues every single time even with different insurance companies. They will tell you they are working on it and then never do. I go to a different pharmacy and they run it with no problem. Today they were making fun of the person in line behind me. I am finally fed up. I'm tired of always paying out of pocket if I come here. I will just drive to another pharmacy from now on. Don't waste your time and money coming here. They don't care about people at all. Not to mention it stinks like rotten fish the whole time you wait because it's right next to the seafood counter.

The last couple interactions with the staff and the male pharmacist have been very unpleasant. Usually we like to give people a second chance as everyone has bad days and we have given them plenty of days. This just seems like they don't enjoy their jobs or care about what they are doing. The male pharmacist that we have come across multiple times has been very rude and when he has done our vaccines makes rude comments about other people. He seems very unprofessional and not a pleasant person to deal with. I wouldn't spend any time at this pharmacy and make an effort to go elsewhere.

This pharmacy has been nothing but frustrations and have dealt with so many rude and not helpful staff. The tipping point to me writing this review was the male pharmacist. He acted like I was stupid and was completely arrogant and rude. I was only seeking understanding and help with my insurance and medications and he just scoffed like how dare I ask him that question and I'm waisting his time. I definitely recommend any other pharmacist.

I personally didn’t have a good experience at this pharmacy. My prescription wasn’t covered by my insurance, so this pharmacy just didn’t fill it. I’ve had the same problem at every Albertsons pharmacy. They wouldn’t fill the prescription until I actually went in to pick it up (even though it was a couple days after the request was sent from my doctor), and then I’d have to wait around for up to half an hour while they filled it. I’ve even called in advance to make sure they actually fill the prescription, and the same thing would happen. It wouldn’t have been too much of a deal, but I was pregnant and very sick when this was all happening, so it wasn’t fun to be standing around that long (the one chair they had was usually occupied) while I felt like throwing up. Like I said, not a great experience. I’d suggest going to the other Albertsons on 12th Avenue if you want nicer technicians and more chairs in their waiting area.
