  This place is really awesome! They are super busy so I wish they had more than one location in the treasure Valley. My experience Was great!

  I showed up for my 10:20 appointment at 10:10 and found the check-in kiosk to be malfunctioning. I then waited until 11:10 before I was brought back to take a few vials of blood. Waiting for almost a full hour past the appointment time is very inconsiderate to the customer's time, I had to use PTO in order to come in.

  No online appts avail for AM draw for over a month. Walked in and there's no one waiting with a scheduled appt. Still can't do a walk-in/standby draw. After finally getting labs drawn, I can't access the results because Quest's website is the absolute WORST!! Requires ID verification which DOES NOT WORK and they have no access to a real person to speak to. This is the worst lab ever! Bullshit!

  This is the second time that I've had a tech carelessly move the needle around in my vein causing pain and bruising. It was a different person this time so now I just think everyone there is bad at their job. I've had my blood drawn many places and this is the worst by far.

  The phlebotomist was trained at the same institute that I was, which immediately set me at ease. He was SO good. He was also very experienced, confident, and quick .He had a great personality and made me feel relaxed. I loved my experience. I liked how easy it was to schedule and check in.
