AWEFUL customer service. Actually, no customer service. I’ve been a customer since they first opened in a house in Boise’s north end. Just last year, 2025, I went to the Goodyear, AZ location where I was treated very well. One insole was replaced at no charge. I returned to the Boise location and was advised they were a different franchise and would not honor a sale being offered by the AZ franchise. AZ didn’t say a word about “franchise” when the insole was replaced FREE OF CHARGE. Boise location MADE NO attempt to offer a solution; no reason to save a customer. Too bad, so sad. I purchased the product; not the franchise. Makes sense that the AZ location is always very busy while there wasn’t a single customer in the Boise location on the Saturday after New Year, 01/03, one of the busiest shopping days of the year. The clerk even took my phone away from me without permission for an extended period of time to show the manager the ad. With that attitude, I would not trust the Boise location to make an accurate fit!
I love the product but will never shop in the Boise store again. They could have done anything to show good faith. I called the AZ location and was again treated very well. Sale honored, free shipping and all.

Very helpful. The pain in my knees, neck and feet are virtually pain free after adjusting to the orthotics. Just walking around was awful before. Definitely worth the investment. Matt was very helpful through the whole process. They check on you throughout your adjustment period. Lifetime warranty was a big plus. I highly recommended these guys if you have chronic foot, knee or back pain.

I was very pleased with how Erin listened to my issues and spent the time to solve them. I didn't feel rushed or that I was being sold something that I didn't need. She asked about my day to day activities and where my pain was. My wife and I ballroom dance. My foot pain took that date night joy out of our lives, until I went to the Good Feet store. Erin had me We try multiple insoles until we found the sets that I could manage and would fix the problem. She was honest that at first they would be uncomfortable, but they fixing my arches not just masking the problem. I was warned in advance that they are high quality and not inexpensive "off the rack" products However, the cost is worth having my mobility back and I should have done it years ago.

Greg at the Meridian Good Feet Store was fantastic. While the products are not inexpensive, they are worth the money. I actually purchased 4 months after my initial consultation. I was so impressed with the products and Greg that we saved to be able to go back and purchase
