  Edit: I've raised this review to 4 stars because my mother informed me that she's gotten a full refund including the 25% and minus only the commission fee. I really appreciate the business taking my review into consideration and giving the full refund. Old Review: My elderly mother of 71 years old received a letter in the mail from this business promising a "free consumer trial" for seniors with hearing loss. On finding she had hearing loss, she signed up to the tune of 6,000 dollars to try their hearing aids with a "return if not satisfied" period of 30 days. After a couple of weeks of intense pain with one of the hearing aids that could not be resolved by the salesman, my mother asked to return, and found out that buried in the contract, and not explained to her, was that 25% of the cost would be kept on return. We are now down 1,500 dollars for a product we no longer have. My mother asked me to give an extra star, because the staff of this location was kind. However, this business model does not sit well with me.

  Update: Well, todayreceived a turkey voucher! Thanks to help from the nice receptionist at the Meridian store. Gonna have a Christmas turkey this year! today is Thanksgiving and still no turkey "voucher". We had London Broil instead. We responded to a mailed promotion to go in for a hearing exam and receive a free turkey. Very appropriate since it was a week before Thanksgiving and my partner has hearing loss. Both of us made appointments and found out we were to be mailed a voucher for a turkey. We'll, here it is the day before T day and no voucher!! Don't they know most turkeys are frozen and need 4 days to properly thaw out! I suspect this is a failing of Miracle Ear corporate and not the branch we went to, for they stated it was out of their hands.

  Friendly local staff but did not work for my husband's extreme hearing loss in one ear. Frustration, especially with such a high price point, that customer service processing return was not as promised. It has been 3 weeks. We thought about possibly trying another of their products but will not do any further business with them at this point.

  I see that you are showing only five star reviews so don't expect mine will draw much attention. tried several hearing aids without much success. saw the ad from miracle ear and made an appointment.went through the entire testing procedure.an was informed that these hearing aids will solve your problem. after several "adjustments" one stopped working took it in and he brushed it off and said it was just dirty. same thing happened again three days later was told he would order new molds that was 5 or 6 months ago and I have not heard from him. another $8000.00 and only one hearing aid. I don't know why this is showing 5 stars,t gave it 3 stars
