I had a great first visit here. The facility is lovely, and the staff and clinicians were all fantastic. The exam rooms are spacious and calm. I was at ease the entire time, despite the reason for visiting. Could not recommend more. Excellent organization all around.

They make this experience as pleasant as can be. You almost feel like you're at a spa.
Do not go here. The billing is horrible. They do not bill as preventive and try to charge you for the service. Then they refuse to talk to your insurance company to straighten it out. Also, some of the mammogram techs are very rushed and inexperienced, making the whole process far more painful than normal.

Not thrilled at all with my experience here. I will say the girl that did my mammogram was really sweet and did a great job, however, I paid for a diagnostic ultrasound and mammogram and literally nothing was even explained to me before I left. All I was told was “your ultrasound is good” and they sent me out the door. No one sat down and showed me my images and went over them with me, no one explained anything. When I called them a week later I explained to them that I paid for a diagnostic US and mammogram and that no one even went over my results in detail or showed me anything before I left, all they said was “no one explained anything?” And they proceeded to tell me I was fine. I then requested they send me my images so I could see for myself. After I reviewed my images, i had a concern with an image so I called again and the doctor was not the nicest and told me nothing is wrong with my images and “we have over 60 years of experience combined. There is nothing wrong with your images. We do this everyday.” No compassion at all and basically felt like my worries were completely disregarded. Yes the facility is spa like, but I felt like they just cared about money and had little compassion. Maybe for future reference, when a patient has concerns and worries, show a little sympathy and compassion and don't just brag about the 60 years experience you have.
**also need to add my insurance should have covered this also. When I arrived for my apt they asked for $344 without ever collecting my insurance info and said “you didn’t get the text about what you’ll be paying?” I told them no I never received a text. She then confirmed that the text was not sent to me. I still paid $344 and THEN they asked for my insurance card. I called back a week later bc my husband noticed they still hadn’t billed our insurance and I saw on my portal that somehow I owe them another $100. Mind you, I paid for a diagnostic mammogram and US and I def wouldn’t consider it diagnostic as NO ONE showed me any of my images or explained anything to me before I left. Again, please don’t waste your time at this place. Go somewhere else.
