The initial caregiver did n̈ot workout, yet Jessica lined up a better suited caregiver for the follopwing day and they both arrived on time. When our current caregiver had a family emergency, Jessica filled in and did a fine job. She even remembered the step by step routine and location of all my supplies! The 2nd day Jessica arrived on time with another caregiver to train as a backup caregier. Jessica's performance went above and beyond our expectations.
