- APApril PerusApr 8, 20252.0At this pharmacy my daughter gets her diabetic supplies. When she calls they say no problem we will fill them you can get them tomorrow cause they have to be ordered. So we wait a day and go to get them after she has gotten a phone call to tell her they are ready..we get there to pick them up and they say oh no she can’t have them they aren’t authorized by her doctor. Sometimes there not even there and they say..it will take 1-2 days to authorize and then we can order them. Diabetes is not something you can mess around with. If you needed something more when we called it in you should have said that. My daughter will be without her pump now for several days which is very bad.
