    I have seen all these complaints about customer service and etc. This is a really good pharmacy and very professionally run. But, like pretty much everyplace these days, they have staffing shortages. The lead person there is an excellent pharmacist called Scott. I’ve been using them for several years now, and of course there have been a few times when the medical provider and the pharmacy get some signals crossed. But that is not at all common. I know how stressful and frustrating it can be standing in a line for a long time, but my opinion is that they are doing the very best they can in today’s world. So great job Fred’s Pharmacy!

    Rude customer service, like I’m interfering with their break. I have read their reviews and there seems to be a pattern of rude people. Why do they not fix this behavior?

    This use to be a great pharmacy, now everyone here is rude and unhelpful. I'm transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy.
