  Absolutely phenomenal customer service. I took my 14yr old in yesterday to get a couple pairs of glasses. I worked with Rick and Marla and both were so kind, helpful and super quick service. This store and location will be our go to moving forward!

  The speed and deals are unrivaled, without compromising on service. I was able to get BOGO glasses for a reasonable price. Upon paying, I had them in hand in less than 20 minutes (which they said is rare, but is impressive nonetheless). Would definitely recommend.

  From the moment you step into Eyemart Express, you’ll be greeted with a sincere welcome and the precision directions you would only hope would be reflected in the eye ware that would be constructed minutes later, onsite. And indeed, my new glasses are perfect. The office staff, again precision experts, guided me through the eye examination with ease, and Scott D. Hansen, OD was not only precise, he delivered to me, the very best vision script and careful testing and analysis. With thoughtful and important information, in consideration of my concerns for my aging eyes and chronic health issues, all my concerns were addressed. With a new script for vision, in hand, I was greeted by Marla, who offered a quiet confidence that put me ease and guided me to handsome frames and lenses. Marla’s styling talents and quick humor topped off a terrific and successful experience. I’ll surely see them all again at my next check-up! My sincere thanks! David Manning

  Rick was really helpful on everything from selecting the right frames to explaining the types of lenses and coatings. I made a change to my order the next day and he was accommodating and made the change efficiently. I highly recommend Eyemart Express Meridian. Ask for Rick!

  Checkin at the doctor’s office was also extremely professional and friendly. I wish I could remember the young man’s name who checked me in. He had tattoos on his arms. Super sweet guy! It was my first time getting a full eye exam and glass prescription and Dr. Brett Fredericksen, O.D made me feel extremely comfortable. He took the time to explain everything and was extremely patient with my endless questions. I never felt rushed or that there was a time constraint. I felt like the only person that mattered was me. When it came to picking frames and making the glasses Rick [aka ‘Rickles’ to us] gave real concierge service. He explained all of my options and again answered all of my questions fully and in a very professional way. I got a second pair of reading glasses for free as a promo they had and my progressive lenses were new to me and he took the time to explain how to use them and how the transition to getting accustomed to them would be. I can’t say enough good things about Rick. He is highly promotable…hold onto him! Actually, everyone in the store was super friendly. My 2 pair of glasses were ready in 20 minutes!
