- CGChristie GrobJan 10, 20265.0Never had an issue with this pharmacy in the years I’ve used it, other than no drive through window. Only reason I went to Rite Aid while it was open. I’ve read the bad reviews out of curiosity and think the sheer numbers the pharmacy employees deal with daily likely has a lot to do with the reviews. Never dealt with rudeness, just a crew of people who are very busy and need to move on to the next customer. Especially once the other pharmacy closed. People seem to have lost the ability to give grace to others. Kevin, you and your crew are hard working and appreciate!

The employees are rude and lack the skills and knowledge to help customers. I tried for 4 days to get meds I take monthly. After 3 trips to the pharmacy (a 15 mile one way) I was told it would be another 20 minutes for them to prepare it. 20 minutes later, with a smile on her face, the employee told me that I needed prior authorization because I had switched to Medicare since my last visit. They are unhelpful, rude, lacking appropriate knowledge, and seemingly don't care about the customers they hold captive.

They take money out of your bank account without any justification than refuse to return it in a timely manner. They seem to not know what there doing and will not answer there phone. The manager takes off way to much time and is never there. Had to stop my prescription service there.
