If they did, it would be out on the floor and they wouldn’t send someone 20 feet to go look. What’s really unfortunate is that they’re the only pharmacy in town and I think they know it. Shame on you, Albertsons. I then drove to the store and they didn’t have the item, despite the fact that their APP said they did. I then took a photo showing how BUSY they were. Simply LAZY

The problem was once it was my turn they refused to let me purchase my medication And made me go downstairs to wait in line again. I literally had one medication and have purchased at the pharmacy always. It was poor poor service. A quick, “hey next time we won’t do this” and ring me up anyways would’ve been nice. I suggest you put a sign up saying you won’t serve customers unless it’s an actual prescription. It would save everyone time and frustration.
