Even though they get really busy it's always kind service with a smile and they are always good about telling me how to get my meds transferred and refilled the quickest.

Customer service was disappointing. I tried to explain my situation, but the call was ended while I was mid-sentence. It came across as unprofessional and unhelpful. I understand we all have stressful jobs, busy schedules, and family responsibilities—but basic courtesy and respect over the phone should never be too much to ask.

Incredibly rude and horrible customer service. Called in to see if they carried an item and they said they didn’t know if they did or not. If they did, it would be out on the floor and they wouldn’t send someone 20 feet to go look. What’s really unfortunate is that they’re the only pharmacy in town and I think they know it. Shame on you, Albertsons. I then drove to the store and they didn’t have the item, despite the fact that their APP said they did. I then took a photo showing how BUSY they were. Simply LAZY

Really bad experience. Waited in line at least a half hour which really was fine because I understand it was busy and probably understaffed. The problem was once it was my turn they refused to let me purchase my medication And made me go downstairs to wait in line again. I literally had one medication and have purchased at the pharmacy always. It was poor poor service. A quick, “hey next time we won’t do this” and ring me up anyways would’ve been nice. I suggest you put a sign up saying you won’t serve customers unless it’s an actual prescription. It would save everyone time and frustration.
