  Everytime I call n ask about a product.these "" non doctors"" tell me its a scam..HOW DO THEY KNOW? Do THEY ALL TAKE EVERY NEW PRODUCT THAT COMES OUT ON MARKET?? i find it quite REDICULOUS..these simple people ACT LIKE DOCTORS..I think THEY ARE THE SCAMMERS..Talking non sense. Knowing NOTHING OF THE PRODUCT ITSELF..driving away possible customers with such NEGATIVE ATTITUDES. VERY ANNOYING..guys..just answer the question n don't PREACH ON WHAT U DO NOT KNOW from today on ok... thks

  I came into the store a few minutes after it opened and the employee was busy talking to a customer and disnt acknowledged i was in the store needing help. Didn't greet me or make eye contact continued to talk about her health issues with the customer and about there personal lives and job hunting so I left. I have never experienced such bad costumer service before from this store.

  Every time I go into GNC the staff are very professional and informative. I had questions regarding a protein powder and incorporating it into a recipe I saw. The gentleman knew exactly what I was talking about and recommended an Ice Cream flavor powder. (YUM!) He was also nice enough to print a ‘how to’ and benefits of using this particular protein powder. If I had any questions he welcomed me back. He encouraged me to continue reading and researching protein powders as an inclusion to recipes. I was also steered towards the peanut butters (OMG) which was in the recipe I planned to make. Toffee peanut butter! What sort of wizardry is this! In case anyone is curious they make amazing waffles!
