He will tell you what works for your goals and what doesn't, while quoting the studies that prove it. They even make sure to give printouts of each new product you use so that you're fully informed. I've been suffering from a number of health issues for a long time and didn't have a lot of money, his creative approach allowed me to treat dehydration symptoms at a very low cost. The gentleman knew exactly what I was talking about and recommended an Ice Cream flavor powder. (YUM!) He was also nice enough to print a ‘how to’ and benefits of using this particular protein powder. If I had any questions he welcomed me back. He encouraged me to continue reading and researching protein powders as an inclusion to recipes. I was also steered towards the peanut butters (OMG) which was in the recipe I planned to make. Toffee peanut butter! What sort of wizardry is this! In case anyone is curious they make amazing waffles!
